The great infrastructure development plans in Harlur road

Harlur Road is the important Road leading to HSR Layout. It is in the east of the city and is nearby to all surrounding areas. It is one of main thoroughfares and is connected to all important junctions of the city.

Harlur Road was recently in the news due to the enhanced activity in infrastructure front. The Karnataka Government has taken the Harlur Road development project seriously and has decided to implement world class infrastructure to this part of Bangalore.

The vision 2025 for Bangalore envisages world class infrastructure for entire Bangalore city and its suburbs. Keeping this vision in mind the state government has devised a plan to implement the projects speedily and expeditiously.

Flyovers, parks and cycle track are some of the projects that are being planned and it would be implemented in phases. Bangalore is choc a block with traffic and there is hardly any free space for its residents to move freely. Considering the above facts, a special purpose vehicle will be formed to implement the projects.

There has been some activity going on in Harlur Road but with limited resources. Now with the grant from Asian Development Bank, more funds will be released to spruce up the infrastructure in Harlur Road.

Apart from flyovers, parks and cycle tracks, a multilevel car parking facility is also on the cards. Local developers have planned few multiplexes in this area along with malls and shopping complexes.

Prestige Group, one of the Bangalore based real estate player has plans to build a shopping district in and around Harlur Road for which tenders have been floated and designers have been shortlisted.

Considering all the projects that are going to come in Harlur Road, this particular part of Bangalore will see a sea change in its appearance in few years time.

There is steady demand for Villas in Harlur Road
