Finding it difficult to sell your house?

Selling a property is not an easy task- it requires lots of work and preparation of the property to grab the best sale deal. The best way to go about finalizing the deal is to think from the buyers thinking point of view and what he/she would look for in a property. It would help a lot to sell off the property. If one is facing difficulties in selling off a property, it is advisable to check the following points before finalizing the deal of real estate in Koramangala


·         Outside appeal: The first thing to do before taking it to the property market is to check its outside appeal. When a prospective buyer comes in to buy a property, the first thing he/she will notice is the outside look of the property that would make the first impression. As such, the seller should focus on the look of the house- clean and organize the garden or paint the front door of the property. Also the surroundings should be kept clean and free from dirt.

·         Inside the House: As the buyer would have a look at inside the house, it should be kept clean and organized. A shabby and ill maintained house would turn off the buyer immediately. Mirror improvements, good lighting and spacing features, sparkling windows and clean walls and ceiling- these are some of the things to be maintained before the buyer arrives. Also the property should be allowed to have much natural light to give it a brighter look. Also one can give a good clean up to the property and dust everything to sparkle it a bit.
·         Photographs of the Property: To sell off the property, one should make sure the photographs of the property that are clicked for the property website or to give to the agent should be good enough to attract prospective buyers. Many photos which aren’t good turn off the sellers, so ensure that they are good. If not, they should be immediately fixed.

·         Fix the property: Living in a property for a long time would bring in issues that require fixing. Like a leaky tap, a fused blub or any other such issue should be resolved to make the prospective buyer fix the deal. If there are bigger problems that would require time, then the sale can be delayed and the problem fixed, or if it’s urgent the price should be lessened to compensate it.

·         Modernising the Property: An old property doesn’t attract as much buyers as a new or an upgraded one. If the particular property is dated, then a little bit of modernisation would help in getting more buyers. One can just change the colour, the carpets or the upholstery to give it a new look. Kitchens and bathrooms require more modernising as the buyers look for a clean and an organized one. Cleaning and making the kitchen and bathrooms clutter free and odour free would be helpful.


·         Offers in the sale: Reducing the price of properties in Koramangala by a certain small amount or offering an additional accessory or modernising of the home are certain offers that would attract buyers. By reducing the price or entering a fresh bracket of the price can involve more views of the property by the prospective buyers.
