Why Sarjapur Road is a Realty Favourite

Bengaluru’s Sarjapur Road's popularity as a real estate destination never seems to flag, inspite of the catastrophic demonetization and the uncertainties of RERA and GST. Leveraging the essentials of excellent location, connectivity, educational and entertainment and shopping hubs, it has retained being a perennial favourite as recent Google searches reiterate. In fact it would not be wrong to term it as one of the hottest destination for real estate investments across all categories of real estate - whether residential or commercial.

World schools –some offering IB include VIBGYOR, Sorsfort, New Bishop Cotton High School et al. Shopaholics find nirvana at the Total Mall, Coupon Mall, Central and the teeming shopping centers. Railway stations like Bengaluru City Junction, Carmelaram and Belandur are well linked with the area.

Indeed, Sarjapur Road has been dubbed as the most desirable place due to its lush, verdant greens and almost endless natural lands. The green embrace is also enhanced by water bodies like the Haralur Lake close by.


The upcoming projects on Sarjapur Road offer everything from super Luxury villas and apartments to premium apartments.  At Skanda Avani , 3bhk VILLA costs  1.5 crore onwards while a 4bhk  begins from 1.65 Cr .Similarly , in Meadow, a 4 BHK Flat   is priced upwards of  2.10 - 2.90 Cr, while a 3 BHK Flat sized   1879 sqft      in  Sobha Eternia costs 1.42 Cr. The medium ranged Mana Tropicale, Purva Skydale, Ahad Euphoria and similar projects cost anything from 50 lakh to a crore and above. Moderately priced flats include OakLeaf, SNN Raj Eternia, and Sai Nivas etc that range from 30 - 50 lakhs.
